What this site knows about you.

Last updated 29 September 2026

Short version: this website has no accounts, no forms, no cookie banner and no analytics. It does not track you. The detail below covers the little that is unavoidable, and what happens if you email us.

Who is responsible for your data

Pluck Apps Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17487907. For anything in this notice, write to hello@pluckapps.uk.

What we collect when you browse

We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. Web fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page sends nothing to a third-party font provider.

The site is hosted on Vercel, and like any web host Vercel records technical request logs — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user agent. We use these only to keep the site running and to defend against abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Vercel acts as our processor; see the Vercel privacy policy.

What happens when you email us

If you write to hello@pluckapps.uk, we process your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach, for the purpose of replying and keeping a record of the conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us — or, where your message is about a contract with us, performance of that contract.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, and routinely no longer than 24 months after the last message, unless we need it for a legal or accounting obligation. Email is handled by our email provider on our behalf; we do not use your address for marketing and we do not sell or share it.

Our apps are covered separately

This notice covers this website only. Each product has its own privacy notice, because each one handles different data:

  • welyo.fit — In development. Its privacy notice is published with the product.

Where your data goes

Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer relies on the UK’s adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests. You can also ask us to transfer it to you or another provider in a portable format.

Email hello@pluckapps.uk and mark the message as a privacy request. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we start collecting anything new — analytics, a contact form, an account system — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that goes live.
